KLEIB M10 should be stored and transported in tightly closed tubs in dry conditions and plus temperatures, for up to 12 months from the date on the packaging.

Protective and decorative plaster in the ETICS KLEIB external thermal insulation composite system. It can be used on any mineral surface which is even and sound. It can also be applied on surfaces of building base courses, wall bases, balcony balustrades, fencing elements, as well as in interiors where increased mechanical resistance is required, such as staircases, corridors, halls etc.

The working surface should be stable, firm, dry and even – without any damage or surface roughness, as such defects may be visible after applying the plaster. Surfaces should be primed using KLEIB C3, and when this has dried (no later than 72 hours) the plaster may be applied. In case of dark composites of aggregate in mosaic plaster it is recommended to use body-tinted KLEIB C3 primer in the colour matching the brightest coloured quartz aggregate.

The contents of each package should be mixed using a low speed electric drill until a smooth uniform consistency is obtained. In order to avoid the mortar forming a foam, rapid stirring should be avoided. If the mixture is too thick 100 to 200 g of water may be added. The user may add stained quartz aggregate to the package with premix. The user has at his disposal marked packagings of aggregate whose composition may be set in accordance with the KLEIB M10 colour range or determined independently according to taste. After pouring the portions of aggregate into the package with premix, the contents should be mixed using a mixer attachment on a low-speed electric drill. Tools should be washed with water immediately after use. For the Granostar Light 0.1-0.6 mm aggregate, to obtain a uniform colour on one application surface, a tub of the KLEIB M10 plaster should be mixed together in a large pan.

Granostar plaster is applied only by spraying with the use of KLEIB plaster spraying machine. Perform the works within 72 hours of priming the surface. Do not apply the mortar on moist surfaces. Note: Granostar 0.1-0.6 mm aggregate should be applied twice using a plaster spraying machine.
