KLEIB G4 is a disinfectant used for the removal of microorganisms, fungi and algae from the surfaces of walls, facades, plaster, concrete, stone, paving and roofs without damaging them.

KLEIB G4 is a ready-to-use aqueous formulation with 100% effectiveness in destroying microorganisms and preventing further growth. KLEIB G4 is an odourless and colourless formulation.

Before applying KLEIB G4 check whether the surface to be disinfected is dry, otherwise, remove the source of moisture and causes of capillary action, repair planking and gutters. Apply KLEIB G4 over a dry surface to ensure its effective disinfecting action.

Saturate the contaminated surface abundantly with KLEIB G4 using a sponge, roller or brush. Do not dilute the product before use. Leave the product applied in this manner for approx. 6 to 12 hours. Then use pressurized water to remove the residues of microorganisms left after the disinfecting process. Other contamination residues may be removed mechanically under wet conditions using a hard bristle brush. Do not dry clean the surface in order to avoid spreading the spores of fungi and algae. It is recommended to reapply the product after the surface has completely dried, if necessary. The effects of the product shall be visible after 1 to 3 days. After wet removing the entire paint coating with layers of algae and fungi, wash off the entire surface with water. Then apply once again KLEIB G4 to the surface using a roller or paint brush. Once the surface has dried, fill the gaps with KLEIB S10 and an appropriate plaster. Re-apply KLEIB G4 to the filled gaps. After drying, paint the entire surface twice with silicone paint Q3, siloxane paint Q4 or acrylic paint Q1 with the addition of a KLEIB fungicidal and algaecidal agent added to the paint during the manufacturing process.

Product consumption depends on surface roughness and concentration of microorganisms and is approx. 0.15 l/m².

Store in tightly sealed containers at +5°C to +25°C. The shelf life is 12 months.
