KLEIB C25 is a high-quality plaster that makes it possible to imitate architectural concrete using various application tools, such as steel trowels, texture rollers and impression moulds. It can be used on concrete substrates, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates and gypsum board, etc.

As a structural plaster, KLEIB C25 contains fine quartz grain, resulting in a durable, impact- and weather-resistant coating. It also has a high degree of hydrophobicity (water repelling properties) and resistance to stains and dirt. The plaster is easy to apply due to its proper rheology. KLEIB C25 corrects minor irregularities to form a perfectly cured coating that features full microbiological protection against the growth of algae and fungi on the façade.

The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease and dust. Scratches and deficiencies must be repaired and filled in. The plaster should be applied to strong, compact and sound surfaces. Surfaces intended for plastering should be thoroughly dusted off. All substrates should be primed with KLEIB C3 primer to achieve proper absorbency, structural soundness and bearing capacity. Prime fresh cement and lime plasters outdoors after a minimum of 4-6 weeks of their application in optimum conditions, i.e. rain-free weather and air temperature from +8oC to +25oC. After 24 hours under the above conditions, KLEIB C25 can be applied.

Mix KLEIB C25 thoroughly before use. Use KLEIB C3 as a primer. Apply plaster to the primed surface with a steel trowel to the thickness of 1-2 mm, depending on the intended texture. The final pattern should be made with the right tool, an impression mould, a suitable texture roller or other tool. Do not apply in rain, strong wind and full sunlight. Drying time about 6-8 hours. Tools required should be cleaned with water. To avoid colour differences on one surface, use material from one batch or mix the contents of the buckets with each other. Apply plaster continuously to the entire surfaces of individual walls to ensure an even texture over the whole surface. In case of indoor application, the plaster surface should be coated with KLEIB L1 matt varnish after a minimum of 24 hours.

Approximately 1.8-3.6 kg/m2, for 1-2 mm thick plaster for a smooth surface before texturing

The plaster should be stored and transported in tightly closed, original packaging, at temperatures of +8°C to +25°C.
