KLEIB C15 is a masonry mortar for bricklaying of external and internal walls, load-bearing, partition and curtain walls, made of hollow block and ceramic brick, silicate brick, ordinary and autoclaved aerated concrete, etc. It is suitable for the bricklaying of overground floors as well as basement walls and foundations. The joint thickness made of the masonry mortar should be between 10 and 15 mm.

The mortar is prepared by pouring dry mix into a container with a measured amount of water and mixing until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained. The mortar is ready to use after 5 minutes and after remixing. Prepared mortar is to be used within approx. 3 hours.

KLEIB C15 should be applied on the brick elements with a trowel and lightly pressed; observe traditional rules of bricklaying technology. Apply to obtain uniform, fully filled joints. In the walls to be plastered, an unfilled joint (of the depth of 5-10 mm) should be left at the external wall faces. The joint thickness should be even for the entire layer and should be between 10 and 15 mm. Tools should be washed with water immediately after use.

The mortar must be transported and stored in tightly sealed bags, in dry conditions (preferably on pallets). The shelf life is up to 12 months from the manufacturing date on the packaging.
